The heart of the World Gymnaestrada Lausanne 2011, will be the Congress and Exhibition Centre of Beaulieu. A unique setting, situated in the centre of Lausanne and with all the necessary infrastructure for the successful running of such an event.

The Group Performances, the Educational Forum and the Conferences take place there.
In total it will be nine beautiful surfaces, each one provided with a control area and an adjacent warm-up room.

• Five Halls will provide a usable area of 20m x 20m and will be able to hold 1,200 people in each of the South Halls and 1,500 in the North Halls.
• Hall 7and the central North Hall, will provide a surface of 20m x 40m and respectively 3,000 and 1,500 places.

• This will be the first time at a World Gymnaestrada, certain performances will take place at the magnificent Beaulieu Theatre.
  The stage (14m x 14m) will attract the smallest of the groups and spectators will enjoy the comfort of the room, entirely furnished in red velvet.
• Finally, one hall will be specifically reserved for the Educational Forum with a usable area of 10m x 20m and 300 people.

There will also be catering facilities set up for the use of participants, the federations’ stands, the educational forum, the offices of the Organising Committee and of the FIG as well as the centre reserved for the press.

Finally, the public, volunteers and gymnasts will be able to enjoy a magnificent park at the very centre of Beaulieu for relaxing and resting.
