The demonstration venues:
- proximity: All the planned demonstration venues for the 14th World Gymnaestrada, are situated within a 4km radius.
- modern: All are also regularly used for prestigious national and international events.
- adapted for gymnastics: Beaulieu (group presentations) as well as the Malley sports centre (national evenings and FIG gala) have already hosted gymnastics in the past:
• In 1990: Men’s Artistic Gymnastics European Championships
• In 1997: Artistic Gymnastics World Championships
• In 2008: Men’s Artistic Gymnastics European Championships
Whilst some refurbishing is necessary, the success of past events proves that these two sites correspond with the specific requirements of gymnastics.
