Gymnastics for All is the “leisure sports” branch of the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG).

Gymnastics for All offers varied sporting activities for all age groups and other target groups; it comprises mostly gymnastic programmes with and without apparatus, as well as games. It concentrates on national features and cultural traditions.

Gymnastics for All promotes health, physical condition and social integration; it contributes to physical and psychological well-being. The practising of gymnastics as a social and cultural phenomenon.

Gymnastics for All is, in the first place, an activity regularly practised in a context of training and games, the pleasure of practising sport being in the forefront. The objective of this activity consists in maintaining and improving personal performances. Gymnastics for All offers participants and spectators aesthetic movement experiences.

The official Gymnastics for All world event is the World Gymnaestrada organized by the FIG.
